Sy co-founded Iconik New York City. Sy Yaz is a respected sales agent with close to a decade of experience and tens of millions in closed transactions. His track record proves he can surpass all of his client’s expectations and find them the property they deserve. Though well versed in all types of real estate transactions. Sy specializes in the condominium, townhouse/multi-family and off market investment properties.

Prior to Iconik, Sy experienced early successes with the creation the Yaz Group, a firm that deals in exclusive real estate and commodities, and J.Y. Note Buyers, a brokerage firm that specializes in trading notes from private investors.
